One of the gifts from the field of Neuroscience is that we now know we can build a neural network in our brain associated with feeling happier by having a happy experience, and then repeating it over and over again. You can, literally, rewire your brain! Happiness Breaks is a monthly gathering designed to help you take a break from your ordinary life, and do something that is healthy, playful, and helps you develop a greater capacity for feeling happier. It meets the first Tuesday evening of each month.
